Raenell Dawn Cardile Ochampaugh, born Leap Year Day 1960.

I was born and raised in southern California, and now live in
Keizer, Oregon, with my husband, Jim, and our Schnoodles,
Buddy and The Mocha Lisa.

I enjoy learning about God and the Bible; I designed and
maintain the LEAPzine and Leap Year Day Project sites;
I enjoy photography.

My *mission* is to spread Leap Year Day Awareness and
get February 29 recognized for what it is... Leap Year Day.
I have been doing this since 1987.

Jim enjoys Ham Radio and we both have our license. I am
K7FEB, for February; he is N7KOI, for koi. We have a lovely,
hand-dug (by us, mainly Jim) koi pond.

I have written some of the poetry on the Poetry Page on the
LEAPzine site, and I have written two books about Leap Year,
