United States Publishing House

The artist Cobb X. Shinn illustrated this series of Leap Year cards in 1908. They
are characterized by lovely women, usually formed from smoke or flowers.

The series was published by the United States Publishing House of Chicago.
The company likely added Leap Year verses to Shinn's other cards, since I
have seen the same images on plain and Leap Year cards by this artist.
