William Ritchie & Sons, Ltd. of Edinburgh, Scotland. If you
look closely at the lower corner, you can see their shield logo
with the intitials W. R. & S. and the words "Reliable Series."
Dr. James Lewis Lowe was instrumental in helping to identify
this obscure publisher.
