Paul C. Koeber / PCK
One of the largest series of Leap Year cards was put out by Paul C. Koeber in 1908. You can recognize
them by their PCK/peacock logo on the back.

They are not all signed, but many are credited to August Hutaf. This is at least a twenty-card series.
