George Reiter Brill

These lovely cards from the "Leap Year Thoughts" series are etched from drawings by
George Reiter Brill (1867-1918). They are copyrighted in 1911. Brill is best known for his
series of Ginks postcards. According to Nuhn, these were published in a eight-card set.

Some of the images were published with at least eight different captions. Regardless of
how many we ultimately discover, they are among the loveliest Leap Year cards.
